Meet the artist

Meet Val

I'm a lash artist and educator in Kerrville, Texas — leading with the Lash Lift & Tint. Seven years behind the chair, and the story of how it got here.

MEET THE ARTIST

From one chair to something entirely my own.

I found lashing in 2019, not knowing it would completely change the direction of my life.

What started with one certification in 2019 quickly became a passion for mastering my craft, continuing my education, and building something of my own. Over the years, The Lash Stash grew from one chair into a multi-room salon; I worked with several artists and grew the business into six figures before eventually choosing to return to working solo. Today, I'm back to one chair and one client at a time because that is how I want to work.

My approach has always been about creating beautiful work while protecting the health of your natural lashes. Every set and lash lift is customized to your features, lifestyle, and goals, with just as much attention paid to technique, placement, retention, and lash health as the final result. That same passion for learning is what led me to begin building The Lash Stash Education for other artists.

Outside of the studio, I’m a mom to two girls, and family is a huge part of how I want to build my life and business now. I love learning, traveling for education, and staying inspired by the industry, but I also value slowing down, taking care of myself, and being present at home. This season of The Lash Stash is about doing work I love in a way that leaves room for the people and life I love too.

Inside the Studio

A Quiet, Private Studio Built Around One Client at a Time

My studio is quiet, appointment-only, and built around one client at a time. I work from my own space inside Bella Luz Med Spa in Kerrville, where the pace stays calm and nothing feels rushed.

Every appointment is intentionally one-on-one, giving me the time and space to focus fully on the person in my chair.

BEHIND THE CRAFT

What I learned the hard way, written down.

Seven years in, I started putting the business side of lashing into short, honest guides — pricing, retention, client flow, going solo. The things I wish someone had handed me on day one.

How I work

Mapped to your eyes

No two sets are the same. I map every lift or set to your natural lashes, your eye shape, and the look you're actually after — so it suits you, not a template.

Quality that holds

Clean application, quality product, and the patience to place each lash right. It's slow work on purpose — that's what makes it last between visits.

Lash health first

Healthy natural lashes come before everything. I'll always tell you honestly what will and won't work for yours — even when that means talking you out of something.

Philosophy

Healthy lashes come first.

Beautiful lashes mean nothing if they damage your real ones. I build every set around proper technique and long-term lash health, so your eyes look amazing without the stress or damage.
