These Terms of Service explain how you may use this website, book services, purchase digital products, and interact with The Lash Stash. By using this website, booking an appointment, or purchasing a digital product, you agree to these terms.

General Website Use
The Lash Stash website is provided for general information, online booking, digital product purchases, and client education.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, book services, or purchase digital products. Minors may receive services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
The Lash Stash reserves the right to refuse service, cancel an appointment, or decline a purchase when necessary, including for safety concerns, policy violations, inappropriate behavior, or misuse of the website.
All website content, including text, photos, graphics, logos, branding, service descriptions, digital downloads, and ebook content, belongs to The Lash Stash unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, share, resell, redistribute, or use this content for your own business or commercial purposes without written permission.
Appointment Booking Policy
All lash services are booked by appointment only. The Lash Stash does not accept walk-ins.
A card on file and a 50 percent deposit are required to book an appointment. Online bookings are not instant confirmations. Every booking is personally reviewed and confirmed by Valarie Charles.
Online bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests require at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations may be charged a $100 late cancellation fee.
There is a strict 15-minute grace period for all services, including consultations. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, there may not be enough time to complete the service properly, and the appointment will need to be rebooked. Same-day changes or missed appointments may result in the deposit being non-refundable.
Consultations follow the same cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival, and no-show policies as service appointments.
Loyalty Program
The Lash Stash may offer a client loyalty program.
Clients earn 5 points per completed visit. Once a client reaches 25 points, they may redeem those points for $10 off a future service.
Loyalty rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be applied to past purchases or appointments. The Lash Stash reserves the right to update, pause, or end the loyalty program at any time.
Digital Products and Ebooks
Digital products sold through The Lash Stash Library are delivered as instant PDF downloads.
All digital product sales are final once the file has been delivered or downloaded. Because these are digital items, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are not available after delivery.
Purchasing an ebook gives you a personal-use license only. You may read and use the ebook for your own education, but you may not copy, resell, share, upload, distribute, teach from, or reproduce the content in any form.
Ebooks and digital education materials are provided for educational purposes only. They are not a guarantee of income, business growth, client retention, certification, licensing, or specific results.
Payments and Pricing
Service appointments are processed through Square. Digital products and ebooks are processed through the website checkout.
Clients are responsible for any applicable processing fees, taxes, or checkout fees when they apply.
Prices for services, deposits, digital products, loyalty rewards, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price listed at the time of booking or purchase is the price that applies to that transaction unless there is an error that needs to be corrected.
Service Disclaimers
Lash services are performed by Valarie Charles, a solo lash artist and owner of The Lash Stash.
Results vary from person to person. Lash extension retention, lash lift results, and overall wear can depend on natural lashes, skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, shedding cycles, at-home products, medications, hormones, and other individual factors.
Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, eye conditions, infections, recent eye procedures, skin reactions, or other concerns before receiving a service. The Lash Stash may decline or reschedule a service if it is not safe or appropriate to proceed.
Lash services are cosmetic services and are not medical treatments. The Lash Stash does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. If you have an eye condition, allergic reaction, infection, or medical concern, contact a licensed medical professional.
Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided by The Lash Stash. Failure to follow aftercare may affect results, retention, and lash health.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by Texas law, The Lash Stash is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to website use, appointment bookings, service results, digital product purchases, or reliance on educational materials.
The Lash Stash’s total liability for any claim related to a service or digital product will not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific service or product.
Nothing in these terms is meant to limit liability where the law does not allow it.
Website Accuracy
The Lash Stash makes reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate and up to date. However, mistakes may happen, including pricing errors, service description errors, availability errors, or outdated information.
The Lash Stash reserves the right to correct errors, update content, change services, remove products, or adjust pricing at any time.
Third-Party Platforms
The Lash Stash may use third-party platforms for booking, payment processing, website checkout, email communication, forms, or digital delivery.
By booking an appointment, making a payment, joining the email list, or purchasing a digital product, you may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third-party platforms.
The Lash Stash is not responsible for third-party website outages, payment processor issues, booking platform errors, or delays caused by platforms outside of its control.
Email and Marketing Communications
By signing up for the email list, downloading a free guide, booking an appointment, or purchasing a digital product, you may receive emails from The Lash Stash related to your booking, purchase, downloads, services, updates, promotions, or educational content.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email.
Transactional emails related to bookings, purchases, confirmations, receipts, or downloads may still be sent when necessary.
Changes to These Terms
The Lash Stash may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the website, booking services, or purchasing digital products after updates are posted means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any dispute related to these terms, the website, services, or digital products will be handled under Texas law.
